Stretch marks just appearing on 1 boob? recent..?

I haven't actually yet developed my boobs, as the only thing there is fat, and its only a tiny tiny bit, about AA - A cup basically, flat chested! but I have noticed stretch marks appearing on my left breast, 1/2 pink and a few white ones, will i begin to actually start developing something there? Less/more likely?
