Why do ATHEISTS laugh at me when I tell them I'm a Creationist?

It is easy for Creationists to point their finger and say "your wrong" and that "Evolution is wrong", and the "Scientific Method is wrong." So where is your proof that God exists or did exist? Where is your proof that one single Creationist out there is right about there research or data?
