Where do I sign up for the Post Rapture Looting Committee?

I want to play a meaningful part. I am more than happy to accept the money, expensive cars and other valuables of those who who are ready to part with all their earthly possessions in anticipation of THE RAPTURE on May 21st. Where do I go to offer my services?
