Can cyst cause cancer someone please help me?

im 13 and i have this cyst thing on my lip im pretty sure its a cyst its a submeucus cyst its the ones that are under my lip could it cause cancer im really worried and does it sound like a cyst you can only see it when i stretch my lip out and it has like white inside of it. and can they cause cancer im really really worried. ive had it for quiet a while now what are some ways that doctors remove them if they surgeclly remove it do they put you to sleep or do they just sleep your mouth like dentist do and what are some other ways they remove it and can dentist remove them please help me im worried
