Yes, when you accept Jesus as your savior ALL your sins are forgiven. No strings attached. Now for the second thing, God won't get angry at you, he wants to help you with it, he is eternally patient and will get you though it, just pray to him. He is your creator, your father, he loves you sooo much words can't even describe it.
